Termination
This user agreement shall remain in effect unless terminated by either you or NHN Groups Private Limited. You may terminate this agreement at any time by notifying the Company in writing through registered or speed post, confirming your intention to discontinue association with the website, provided that you cease all further use of the website.
NHN Groups Private Limited reserves the right to terminate this user agreement at any time, with or without notice, and to deny access to the website immediately upon termination, without incurring any liability. Upon termination by either party, you shall promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from the website, including all copies thereof.
Termination of this user agreement shall not affect your obligation to pay for any products already ordered, nor shall it prejudice any rights or liabilities that have accrued prior to termination.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This user agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or in connection with this user agreement, the use of the website, or any transaction undertaken thereon shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bangalore, India.

The latest version of the user agreement shall always be accessible on the official website of NHN Groups Private Limited. Users are advised to review the user agreement periodically. If the revised terms are not acceptable, you may discontinue use of the website. Continued access or use of the website following such modifications shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of the revised terms and conditions, and you agree to be bound thereby.
Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers – Terms and Conditions
NHN Groups Private Limited Gift Cards provide a convenient method for purchasing products, including watches, available through the Company. Gift Cards may be issued with a selectable value ranging from INR 1,000 to INR 1,00,000, in denominations of INR 1,000.
Gift Cards may be used multiple times until the available balance is exhausted or until the card reaches its expiry date, whichever occurs earlier. Once the balance is fully utilized, the Gift Card cannot be reloaded. Gift Cards shall be activated upon receipt of payment and shall remain valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of activation.
Gift Cards may be redeemed at authorized NHN Groups Private Limited retail outlets and on the official website. In cases where the transaction value exceeds the available Gift Card balance, the remaining amount shall be payable by the customer using an alternate payment method.
Lost or stolen Gift Cards shall neither be replaced nor shall the balance amount be refunded. Gift Cards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The balance available on a Gift Card may be verified at authorized NHN Groups Private Limited stores or by sending an SMS containing the 16-digit Gift Card number to 08861475098 to obtain balance and expiry details.
No returns or refunds shall be accepted for purchases made using Gift Cards or Gift Vouchers.
Make-to-Order Products – Terms and Conditions
Make-to-order products are specifically sourced upon placement of an order and therefore require an extended delivery timeline of approximately fourteen (14) to twenty-one (21) business days.
In cases where the final sourced price exceeds the price displayed at the time of order placement, customers may be required to pay the price difference. However, if the difference is less than INR 100, no additional payment shall be requested. Where the final price is lower than the displayed price, the excess amount paid shall be refunded.
Due to the nature of sourcing, delivery timelines for make-to-order products may occasionally exceed the estimated period. NHN Groups Private Limited shall make reasonable efforts to procure and deliver the selected product within the stated timeframe.
If the Company is unable to source the selected product for any reason, the order shall be cancelled and the full amount paid shall be refunded. Cash on Delivery (COD) shall not be available for make-to-order products.
During promotional or discount periods, discounts shall be calculated based on the price displayed on the website at the time of order placement. In the event of any variation in final product price or specifications, the applicability of discounts or offers shall be recalculated in accordance with the promotional structure determined by the Company.
