Return Charges for Domestic Orders:
For domestic returns within India, the authorized courier partner shall collect the returned product from the specified address, and no return shipping charges shall be payable by the customer.

How to Initiate the Refund Process

To initiate a refund, the following procedure must be strictly adhered to:

  1. You must contact the customer support of NHN Groups Private Limited at 08861475098 or write to danalog480@gmail.com or through the official website within seven (7) days of receiving the product.
  2. The product must not be returned prior to receiving a confirmation communication from NHN Groups Private Limited approving the return request.
  3. All products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unused, and without any signs of wear or damage.
  4. The original invoice and, where applicable, the guarantee or warranty card must be enclosed with the returned product, failing which the return request shall not be processed.
  5. For watch products, a security lock is provided within the watch packaging specifically for return purposes. The watch must be returned in its original packaging with the security lock intact and properly secured. Returns shall not be accepted in the absence of compliance with this requirement.
  6. In respect of watch products, customer care representatives of NHN Groups Private Limited may contact the customer to verify the serial number of the security lock provided with the packaging. Return requests shall not be processed without such confirmation.

Note: Any request for return or refund made after the expiry of seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the product shall not be entertained.

Refund

Refunds shall be initiated only after the returned product has been received by NHN Groups Private Limited and inspected to confirm that it is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by its original tags and invoice. Failure to meet these conditions may result in denial of the refund.

Once the refund process is approved, the refunded amount shall be credited to the original mode of payment used for the transaction or, where such mode is unavailable, through cheque, in accordance with applicable procedures.

For payments made online, refunds shall ordinarily be processed within seven (7) to fifteen (15) working days from the date the returned product is received at the Company’s warehouse.

Domestic Orders

For domestic orders where the product is shipped within India, a 100% refund shall be provided, subject to compliance with the return and refund conditions specified herein.

Where payment has been made online, the refund shall be processed within seven (7) to fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the returned product by NHN Groups Private Limited.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds shall be processed either by cheque or by electronic transfer through National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT), based on the customer’s preference:

  1. Where a cancelled cheque is provided along with the returned product, the refund shall be processed via NEFT within seven (7) to fifteen (15) working days and credited directly to the customer’s bank account.
  2. Where a cancelled cheque is not provided, the refund shall be issued by cheque and dispatched to the address provided at the time of registration or order placement. In such cases, the refund process may take up to thirty (30) working days.

International Orders

For international orders, refunds are generally not offered. However, NHN Groups Private Limited may, at its sole discretion, initiate a refund under the following circumstances:

  1. Where a defective product has been delivered and returned, a refund shall be processed only after inspection and upon receipt of approval from the Company’s quality assurance team. In such cases, no shipping charges shall be levied for return or re-shipment.
  2. Where the authorized logistics partner is unable to deliver the product after repeated attempts due to the customer’s unavailability, NHN Groups Private Limited may process a refund after deducting all expenses incurred, including outward and return shipping charges, customs duties, and any other applicable costs.

Exchange

Exchange of products purchased through the website is not permitted. Customers may, however, choose to return eligible products in accordance with the return policy outlined above.

Fraudulent Transactions

NHN Groups Private Limited reserves the right to recover the value of goods, collection charges, damages, and legal costs from any person found to be using the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes. The Company further reserves the right to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent conduct, misuse of the website, or any act or omission in violation of these terms and conditions.
