Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), shall be levied in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations in force at the time of transaction. All online payments must be completed exclusively through authorized and secure payment gateway service providers.

For orders shipped within India, payments shall be accepted only in INR. Prices displayed shall represent the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) along with applicable GST, wherever relevant.

In instances where international credit cards are used for domestic transactions, the transaction amount shall be converted into INR prior to payment acceptance. Delivery Schedule

NHN Groups Private Limited recognizes the importance of user privacy and undertakes to respect and protect the confidentiality of information shared by users. The Company assures that all personal and transactional information provided shall be maintained securely and shall not be disclosed to any third party except as required by law or for fulfillment of contractual obligations.

A tentative delivery date or time shall be communicated to you through the order confirmation email. The final delivery date shall be intimated once the order is prepared and ready for dispatch. Registered users may also track the status of their orders by accessing the “Track Order” feature available on the website.

Your Obligations

You undertake to furnish genuine and authentic information in all circumstances where such details are requested by NHN Groups Private Limited. The Company reserves the right to verify and validate the information provided by you at any time. NHN Groups Private Limited may also, at its discretion, request additional information prior to accepting an order or effecting delivery. If, upon verification, any information provided by you is found to be wholly or partially incorrect, the Company reserves the right to reject your registration and to prohibit your access to the website and any affiliated platforms, without prior notice.

You confirm that the delivery address provided by you for any product(s) ordered is accurate, complete, and capable of receiving the delivery in all respects.

Restriction

NHN Groups Private Limited reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to impose limits on the quantity and/or value of products purchased by any user. Where such limitations are applied, the Company shall notify the customer accordingly.

The Company further reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or prohibit the sale of products to any individual or entity, without assigning any reason.
